Blueberry and peach granola crumble with Orignal granola
Recipe Directions
  1. Whisk together sugar, cornstarch and salt.
  2. Fold in peaches, blueberries and lemon juice.
  3. Arrange coated fruit in a 9″x13″ baking dish.
  4. Preheat oven 375°F.
  5. Use mixer to blend butter and brown sugar.
  6. Add flour and mix by hand to form clumps. Add granola to mixture.
  7. Spread topping over fruit.
  8. Bake at 375°F for 40 minutes.
