- 2 large eggs OR 2/3 cup egg whites
- 1 Tablespoon cinnamon
Topping
- 1/2 cup Forest Maple Granola
Note: This recipe makes 5 muffins. If you batch cook the muffins, try putting them under the broiler on low for 5 minutes to warm them up.
