Cranberry Granola Stuffing
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil two cups of water and pour over the dried cranberries. Set aside. Pour chicken broth over granola and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a large saucepan on medium heat. Add onions and celery, stirring occasionally.
  3. Crumble and cook the sausage in another pan and drain the fat. Set aside.
  4. Add the apples, drained cranberries, and spices to the onions and celery. Continue cooking on low heat for 8 more minutes.
  5. Add the sausage to the onion mix.
  6. In a large bowl combine the granola, chicken broth, cubed bread, and hot mixture until completely coated. Pour into a greased 9×13 pan and bake for 45-60 minutes.
