Blueberry Crumble

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Crust: pulse all the ingredients in a food processor until mixture looks like crumbs. Place ⅔ of the crust in a 9 by 9 inch pan, pressing down on the bottom and up the sides.
  3. Filling: stir together all ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into the crust and cover with remaining crust. Bake for 25 minutes while preparing the topping.
  4. Topping: using your hands, combine brown sugar and butter. Stir in granola and sprinkle over the crumble. Bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the crumble is golden-brown.
