Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 Tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups Creative Cranberry Granola
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350° and butter two baking sheets.
  2. Beat the butter and sugar in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg, vanilla, and orange zest.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Beat the flour mixture into the butter mixture until incorporated.
  6. Stir in the granola and white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls onto the baking sheets and bake for about 10 minutes,
    or until golden brown.
