Ingredients

  • 1 goat cheese log (4-ounces)
  • 1 Tablespoon sun dried tomato pesto
  • 1 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Home Sweet Honey Granola

Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 300°F and place the goat cheese in a small baking dish.
  2. Spread sundried tomato pesto on top of cheese and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Sprinkle the granola on top.
  4. Bake 15 minutes and serve hot with crackers or bread.
