Individual Berry Crumbles

Recipe Directions:
  1. Toss berries with cornstarch, and sugar; divide into 4 ramekins.
  2. Pulse 1 cup granola in a food processor into fine crumbs. Add processed granola to a bowl and stir in the melted butter until clumpy.
  3. Top the berries with the buttery crumble. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes until bubbly.
  4. If desired, top each warm ramekin with a dollop of yogurt and the remaining 1 cup of whole granola.

Notes: These berry crumbles are also delicious right out of the other without additional toppings.
